Our school program educates children ages 5-18 with complex disabilities including medical frailties and Autism Spectrum Disorders. The Center is committed to meeting the educational and health needs of each and every child in our care. Employing our HealthE6 model, we aim to educate and support the whole child with evidence-based methods and meaningful interprofessional collaboration.
