Lakemary provides psychiatric residential treatment and specialized education for children from across the United States on our beautiful 32-acre campus in Paola, Kansas – just 30 miles south of Kansas City. We exclusively serve children and adolescents, ages 6-21, with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) coupled with psychiatric illnesses. Therapeutic services are coordinated 24/7 across school and residential settings providing the individualized supports that each child requires to successfully return to a less restrictive, more independent environment.
